Aside from Brad Beal absolutely shitting the bed, I can live with this loss. At least we competed, responded to punches until we couldn’t. Respect to MIN, they’re a much better team. Had we had this level of focus throughout, perhaps we would have pushed them to 6 games, but they’re just head and shoulders better than us.

When we made the trade I figured:
1. Can’t be worse than CP3 being inevitably injured
2. Can’t be worse than Shamet!

Turns out you can be both of those things. An absolute net negative. His trade value is torpedoed, he has the NTC, and $150 million reasons to coast. I don’t know how in the heck we improve this roster.

I disagree. He played more like Edwards when he was in his optimal position as a shooting guard.

I haven’t seen him grab the bull by the horns much this season. It’s his fucking team and he went full turtle. It only took one season to change my opinion on him that’s how frustrated I am with his play.

It sucks to be this excited and see so much potential in this team, then to see it utterly wasted by the lack of fire in the belly we've seen way too often this season. Ok, this game was better than the prior three...but that's the deal...the team that was there for the prior three games was sleep walking. And tonight, Young, Bol, Thomas...ZERO minutes...meaning, we didn't really try anything new after going down 0 and 3...really? You'd didn't change your roster around at all? Wow...he couldn't have tried SOMETHING different? Ugh...

Yes, it is both Center and back up center.

They didn't have enough big men to match up with Minnesota and they didn't have enough quality small payers to force their big men off the court. And they didn't have the innovative coaching to figure anything else out.
