If he doesn’t think being down 4 rotation players is a good time to hit the jets then when is?

I'd like to see more time given consistently to Bismack...

Jalen Smith could get that…so would Landale or Biyombo if we started them.
Yeah, I'm real depressed about paying Ayton. Sorry to Jeremy & others on the board. I think it was a mistake.
If he finishes out the season this way, I will also be disappointed. But I suspect that he'll hit the jets at some point, been the pattern his entire career.
We can only hope. Maybe he’s waiting until it really matters.
He tweaked his ankle after coming back from the injury, which likely affected his rebounding. He's gotten a double-double in 4 of the last 5 games. He has typically averaged 1 every 2 games in previous seasons.

Then why didn't he when we started him while Ayton was out? He averaged 6.5ppg/4.5rpg.

It was 2 games…not enough to determine anything. But if you look at the 7 game stretch last year when he played consistent starter minutes, he put up 14/10

With CP3 as the pg. I think it’s clear that healthy CP3 is key to guys like McGee and Biyombo being productive on the offensive end.

Never rely on a healthy CP3 ever again for roster decisions

I thought / hoped we'd get one more good CP3 year, this year, and then he'd be bad next season in the last year of his deal. I was content with that. This season is unfinished, but he's already been playing badly and has missed several games. I think it's right that we need to think about life after CP3 immediately. I am really happy with the way Payne has played in CP3's absence, but I don't think he is good enough to be our starting PG for the future. He makes too many mistakes and doesn't look to distribute the ball enough to be a full-time starting PG. Maybe we should be targeting PGs with the Crowder asset rather than forwards or swings.
