Seems crazy we didn’t lose any ground with Frank…Milwaukee went on a 7-0 run with him out there, but we must have gone on a run of our own either right before that or after, Frank wasn’t out there long
Well, his Net +/- was a -13. But there were 3 players with a (much) lower net. He was only out there for <4 minutes.

Don't forget, we went 11-2 this season with Frank starting....
I wouldn’t mind starting him. Put him on Lopez and put Ayton on Giannis. Lopez was killing us to start the game.

And as someone else pointed out, Frank had that big game against Milwaukee. 14 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists.

I would definitely give it a look if we lose a game.

It’s interesting how with the Suns it seems like you can almost always tell very early whether or not they have it that night. And the stats bear that out. In the playoffs, we are 9-0 when we are leading by more than one point at the end of the first quarter. When we are not, we are 4-4.

We have the chance to be as close as we’ve ever been to an NBA championship (2 wins away) tonight!

Some are worried about Ayton getting in foul trouble. It seems like he has been staying out of foul trouble the entire playoffs. I could be wrong but, I don’t remember him being in any foul trouble.

That's why he's due IMO and with the FT disparity last game and it being the Finals, the refs may try and help the Bucks out.

These guys REALLY favor the road team in the Finals... Like the crew they send it to make it interesting.

Ooh. I’ll be watching that closely tonight.

I hope we don’t have to rely on a last second inbounds play!

Honestly, its not a bad place to start--the teams ability to stay afloat during non-Ayton minutes is going to be huge (particularly if he does end up in any kind of foul trouble).

I don't know if we've ever seen a big with such a great defense to foul trouble ratio. I remember when people on here used to complain about him not getting any fouls and said that it meant he wasn't playing defense.

We really only need Frank for ~6 minutes today unless DA gets in foul trouble. We should ideally make those 6 minutes coincide with Brook sitting and we can support Frank by playing Torrey and CP at the same time. I'm not super worried about it. The drop off from Dario to Frank for 6 minutes should not be our undoing.

We played him with Book, CP3, Torrey, with a mix of Cam & Mikal. That should get us through a few minutes while Ayton rests. The real problem comes in if Ayton gets in foul trouble.

Then it’s time for Frank the Tank in triple double mode!
