The real problem with the 76rs has not been the strategy of employing NBDL players, but making mistakes in the draft gambling on guys who are not playing for them.

Disposing of the draftees who actually were showing something (MCW, McDaniels) also contributes to this aura of alienation. The specifics of those two moves make them good on paper but on a meta level they do hurt the 76rs' image.

Oh my gosh, the Charlotte Hornets are the #2 seed in the East. Did anybody ever predict that??

(It's basically a reflection of the fact that the 2-8 seeds are extremely close in the standings. But still. Wow.)

Bizarre. The #2 seed is 13-8. The #7 seed is 13-9. There are four other teams in between.

Let's go Bulls. I love seeing the Clips lose. I just don't like anyone on that team.

Do you think DeAndre Jordan is wishing he had signed with the Mavericks right about now?

Heard the Clips are interested in moving Josh Smith and Lance Stephenson. Good luck with that.

Carey: I'm watching that game. Ws down 3 at end of 3rd. Fun game. Warriors are tired for sure.

I think this is the end of the streak. Bucks by 12. 5 min remaining.

Looks like the Bucks might be the team to end the streak. Who woulda thunk?

Warriors are unable to stop the Bucks from scoring.

Streak over. 24-1.

I actually think it's good for the Warriors to lose a game. They were in danger of burning guys out trying to keep the streak going. They need to pace themselves so they have energy left for the playoffs.

Hopefully the Bucks sapped them of some of their mojo. We play them again on Wednesday.

I should have bet money on it. 7th game of a 7 game road trip that is also the 2nd night of a back-to-back? Odds are good it was going to be a rough one.

Congrats to the Bucks !!

It was a 2nd of a back-to-back for both teams, but Milwaukee clearly had more energy in the end.

Same two teams this Friday at Oracle Arena.

I wonder if ESPN will switch Friday's second game from Pelicans/Suns to Bucks/Warriors ?

hahaha Raymon Felton recorded a triple double against the Wizards last night @10-11-11. Mathews scored 28, but Dallas lost.

John Wall, despite criticism, is enjoying a career season scoring over 20ppg with good %s. Otto Porter is emerging as a nice tweener SF/stretch PF. Gortat is his usual solid self, but the Wizards have very little else.

Just like the Suns, they are slowly but steadly losing pace for the playoffs. Humphries+Oubre make almost 7M combined next season. Plenty of expiring/non guaranteed crap, including Nene's 13M. They should be interested in win now moves that don't compromise their ability to sign Durant+ next summer.
