Woo.
Does this mean this move was made to motivate Markieff into raising his play and trade value?
If they're even keeping him around to find out, they're moronic. Just dump the dude.

I love when people act like Frye was a huge loss for us. Those people didn't watch the second half of his last season here. He was awful

I am really glad he made it known that there will be a head coaching search in the off season and that Watson is just interim head coach.

I really hope Sarver is willing to pay for a good coach.

And he hasn't been very good since he left either.

I just don't see him around for much longer.

I expect a deal involving Tucker & Chandler will occur sometime in the next 2 weeks and we will be playing whatever young player we get in that deal a lot.

Listened to most of the McDonough interview. It was good that he took some blame, but there were quite a few things I didn't like from the interview, to be honest.
"We still think Markieff can be productive/return to his best" what on earth would lead you to believe that????? Hopefully, it's just so we can trade him the hell out of here.

McD glossed over a lot of things as well, like firing the 2 assistants. How could that possibly help the team generally, or Hornacek specifically?

And he also harped on about staying competitive while rebuilding, and needing to bring better players in. I'm quite worried about where the emphasis is with the front office, and that they'll try to take short cuts again, which will set us back.

No doubt in my mind they'll try to short cut it again. So long as Sarver is the owner, we'll never get a proper rebuild. Cant wait till we trade everything we have for a guy like Griffin.
