► Show Spoiler
It would be a very 2024 suns thing to actually come back and win the next 4 only to be swept by Denver in round 2…actually the suns thing would be to win the next 3 and then be down 87-39 at half time of game 7.
Dude, are you watching the games? Ain't happening. The Wolves are the much better team. More likely a sweep.
Supe, you're being generous...we also are sucking major wind right now!

The Suns effort was there last night. The Wolves are just the much better team. And have they figured out Devin Booker or what?! They have totally neutralized him. Also, the Wolves shooting was lights out. They've got it all. Great defense. Very good offensive execution. Great shooting.

We should have known that this season was toast when MR ORNG got outed as a pedo.

Dude, I don't believe this team has to suck this bad. That was not some Herculean effort out there...thus, I'm not prepared to say it's was simply because they're better.

Out of the "Big 3", he is my favorite as of now:

Seems like he's the only one that's bothered.

I seriously think it's the most disappointing in the history of Suns basketball if you consider money spent.

Clips gonna get waxed in 5 and Ty Lue will leave and go to Suns after Vogel is fired.
Yeah, I do think the chances are high that Lue comes here. But that is somewhat disappointing because it will mean that we're just running it back with the same group.

I do think Lue is the best shot at getting the best out of this dumpster fire.

I'd be very interested to see his defense with the lack of defenders on the roster.

Book is just so dumb. Idk what happened from last year.
He is handling the ball more and charged with more initiation of the offense. So it exposes more. And the offensive coaching has taken a step back or three.

I feel bad for James Jones man. He had basically nothing to do with this but has to take the blame.
I think that is a little too generous. Yes, Ishbia is the main culprit, but Jones has made plenty of blunders that are also catching up to him and the organization.

Say what you will. I'm just proud of the fellas for a hard effort tonight, regardless of the results.
Sounds like a message on X from Matt Ishbia.

Just think it's a different team with a PG. Even Brogdon which was a travesty thT he stayed in Portland, would have made a difference. Even Cam Payne would have helped. This team expends too much energy creating shots.
The Cam Payne trade was idiotic, and savings argument is silly when the owner is boasting spending whatever it takes to. I get Payne was up and down, but trying to go the whole season without a point guard was asinine.

Well I think they thought Jordan Goodwin would be better. They also didn’t expect to be missing 1 of Book or Beal for the first half of the season.

I still don’t think it’s some travesty, Payne wasn’t good last year. It was definitely a money move, no question, but I get saving 20+ million to get rid of a meh backup pg. We can talk about Ishbia saying there is no spending limit, but there obviously is…I’m fine if saving 20 million on a Cam Payne means he’s willing to spend 70 million on a Grayson

And draft picks spent. When you count up all the picks and swaps we traded away for KD/BB/RO/etc., the Eubanks tampering penalty, and counting Camara’s draft rights as a draft pick, how many picks did we spend to assemble this team?

Then they're idiots. There is a reason why we had a "how many games will the big 3 play together" thread.

Honestly if Ty Lue came here next year, I would have MUCH more optimism that the team would find a way to turn things around. He is leaps and bounds better than Vogel. I would be ecstatic if he were let go by the Clippers this summer (why would they do that?), and if they do let him go, we have to get on the phone with them the instant we find out.
