Jokic had the most "I couldn't care less about this" attitude I've ever seen

Solid start, we seem locked in as usual but the Rivers and Porter Jr made some 3s early. Book is aggressive looking for his shot, going at Gordon and MPJ and has come up with a couple steals too. DA with a good job on Jokic the few times Jokic has tried to work him down. Not seeing much different from Denver in terms of energy or emotion. Just don't want them getting any confidence from some made 3s.

Sounds like there's about 5,000 people there and half of them are Suns fans.

Seems like they quit already on the defensive end. Mike Malone's tactics didn't seem to work.

Jokic has gotten a couple of MVP whistles so far, and it sure isn't for a lack of trying.

Seems like most of the Nuggets plan in the halfcourt is to just have him bully into the paint with his elbows out and try to draw a foul.

And 1 from Saric...this one just feel like a pickup game.

Nuggets getting away with a lot of contact in the paint.

Monty can't have 4 bench guys out there at the same time. Spacing was awful and you basically only had 1 playmaker...That lineup let the nuggets back in the game. Don't want to see that agin

Strange end to the 2nd quarter

Well, we knew it was going to be a dogfight. Let's see how they come out in the 3rd. The bench missed out on a chance to put the Nuggets away by their lackadaisical play in the early 2nd.

Denver has a pulse thanks to Will Barton.

Altitude is catching up to them. Are they allowed to have some oxygen in the locker room?

Paul's missed about 3 midrange shots he normally makes and Book and DA missed some layups which let the Nuggets close the gap a bit. Still don't feel like we've lost control or the Nuggets are doing anything we can't stop or combat. We've responded well to their runs, interested to see what adjustments we make to start the 3rd.

Bridges hasn't been good tonight. Need him to step up in 2nd half. Booker and Paul are getting whatever they want, just have missed a few bunnies.
Crowder has 3...could be big. All in All feels like we should be up 8-10, but I'll take it
