The Suns played great tonight versus the Wizards. Green and Amare were off, but Dragic played great. I don't know why they were wearing those weird uniforms though. Also, when did we draft Justice Winslow? Regardless, I'm glad we have him.

You know he can't, right? Even with the cap going up they don't have the ability to go over the cap to sign him. Bosh would have to retire and they would need to move some other players to make room for the contract Whiteside wants. It's very little to do with what he chooses to do.

You do what it takes to keep Whiteside. You don't just let the 10th best center of ALL TIME go.

That made me chuckle. Also, please don't kick me to the politics folder, but I wonder if Miami might be the lefti-est team in the league. Is there such a statistic? Dragic, Udrih, Bosh, McBob, Winslow... am I missing anyone?

The deadline trade between the Houston Rockets and Detroit Pistons might be voided because of back issues that have plagued power forward Donatas Motiejunas.

The Rockets sent Motiejunas and guard Marcus Thornton to the Pistons on Thursday for a protected 2016 first-round pick.

But Motiejunas, who hasn't played in an NBA game since Dec. 31 because of his recovery from a sore back, is getting looked at closely by Pistons medical officials.

They also have Tyler Johnson, injured now. I think they were the first team ever to have five lefties on the floor at the same time.

I wonder if this is posturing by the Pistons to maybe squeeze a 2nd rounder or something from Houston. I think the back problems have been pretty well known/documented...

But can they even change the deal after the deadline?
