Can we schedule the Knicks for a third time this season?

An enjoyable game to watch, for a change.
Ayton: 26 pts and 21 boards against a Knicks team with some size and heft up front.

Interesting final possession.

The Suns should've held the ball since the shot clock was off, but Okobo decided to drive it hard at Ntilikina. He didn't shoot the ball, but apparently that was enough to get under the skin of Julius Randle. I don't know what the officials called on the play, but Knicks had possession, side out of bounds. Ntilikina inbounds to Randle who throws the ball at Okobo who then throws it back at him. Then we get into hold me back mode.

TL;DR: Okobo was trying to get one up on his national teammate and Randle didn't like it because his team got smoked.

Diallo, while not exactly an offensive juggernaut, did have three steals.
Some nice work on D.

This was a good confidence builder. It's nice to see them not blow a lead, but it was pretty clear that the Knicks gave up early in the 4th quarter.

Once Randle cooled off and Barrett left with his injury they didn't really have anyone who could generate shots.

Okobo was trying to hold the ball and run out the clock, but one of the Knicks wouldn't leave him alone and ended up pushing him out of bounds. Okobo then got the inbounds pass.

That's not how I saw it.

Your right, the ball was inbounded to Randle who then threw it at Okobe, but Okobo did get pushed out of bounds by Robinson. Thats why the Knicks had the ball out-of-bounds.

I didn’t see the last quarter but I thought the ball moved the best I have seen it in a while. Oubre brings a lot to the team but he is, to say the least, not a great passer.
Great to see Ayton look dominant, Rubio shoot it well and guys generally play their role. Satisfying win!

Because of the person or the player? For the record, I wouldn’t trade for him, but he’s a capable defender and a very reliable shooter. I don’t want Marcus Morris the person back on our team though.
