The box score shows zero blocks for Ayton. I thought I saw at least 3? Am I confused?
Literally just read this so that's a weird trend

Shout out to Cam Payne for making the clutch free throws.
He hit a big 3 with under two mins left also had a tough reverse finish. Dude still wouldn't use his right hand smh lol
Sigh
I thought I saw him use it once and it didn’t look pretty

I'm more than willing to move Cam Johnson.
Hmm.

Yup late in the game and it was a last minute decision in the air trying to avoid the block
It can be so beneficial to him and I try not to harp on it. I get it he did go to moves he was comfortable at with good success and it got him paid with a multi-year contract. Just feel like he should be working on his weaknesses now his role is pretty much guaranteed.

He has at least two attempts a game that can be finished with the off hand. He's probably putting in the work behind the scenes but game time doesn't trust it, who knows.

I’ve seen Cam try the right hand and he misses those more often than not. Given that we are tied for the best record in the league and are pushing for a deep playoffs run I can understand that he isn’t most willing to try new things that might jeopardize our chances at winning. We haven’t really blown many teams out start to finish. I only remember two all season including that Boston game recently.

I’m also super confused with DA’s blocks count. Especially since I got him in a couple of fantasy leagues. It’s very annoying.

I love Cam Johnson. I think he’s shown more off the dribble than Mikal and has significant room to grow.

Was wondering during the game why Mikal and Shamet couldn’t see the floor late in the game. Makes sense that having Payne helps take pressure off Paul. I feel like maybe we should get Payne to take the ball up the court every time when he shares the floor with Paul and Payton should take over that duty whenever he’s on the floor to give the other ball handler a breather.

Early in the game we went at Lillard on offense with success. Dunno why we went away from that late in the game. Also noticed that CP3 layup that turned into a pass to Cam at the 3 point line.

Yeah, Ayton's blocks almost never get counted. Not sure if that happens to other big men too. But he also alters a lot of shots and sometimes it looks like a block when he didn't touch it. The actual blocks are definitely undercounted, though.
