What about (inspired by a Dan Favale post today) something where we get Siakam and Richaun Holmes, the Raps get Ayton and the Kings get Crowder. Plus whatever other bantha fodder is needed to make this work.
YES!!!

This OG talk is all bananas. Masai knows how to work the media. At least Donovan Mitchell was an All Star and Rudy Gobert a multiple time DPOY.

3 1sts for a player who can't create or rebound and is somewhat redundant is insane.

Honestly there shouldn't be any picks involved. Ayton for OG is pretty fair, although I think the Suns could easily ask for more.

OG for Cam does nothing for us other than keep salary down for a year, disrupt chemistry, and throw draft picks.
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

OG is not the raptor we should be targeting, unless it’s for Crowder a single pick and filler.

His skill set is not where we’re lacking

I mostly agree…I mean I’d take him because he’s good but I’m not moving CamJ for him. I’d do Crowder and 2 1sts and I’d do Ayton and 1 1st.

Mikal making the offensive strides he’s made lately is giving me hope. I don’t think CP3/Book/Mikal/Cam/OG can be a closing lineup though. Someone would be on the bench and I’m not sure who.

Okay here we go:

Raps: Jordan Nwora, George Hill, Dario Saric, 2 1st from Phx, 2 second rounders from Bucks

Bucks: Jae Crowder

Suns: OG Anunoby, Serge Ibaka

Based on rumor posturing, the Raptors would only do that if they're desperate. I think a better deal for Anunoby would be on the table.

Is JJ wrong? Shooting is so important. With CamJ out we had a real lack of depth of guys who could be relied upon to make shots. I look at teams like the Mavs and they just flood you with versatile wings who can hit 3s, orbiting around a star who can create looks for them. And they're really hard to stop.

Suns don't have Doncic lol. Luka also gets to the line and pressures the rim, Booker is not anywhere near what Luka is. Suns need rim pressure more than anything, they've got Booker, Lee, Bridges, Johnson to fill it up from the outside, they have the shooting.

The Suns need somebody with attitude not another guy that will stand in the corner looking for a pass so he can hoist a 3. We have enough of those.

Not sure why Sam Cooper cut his response off. The second half of it was much better:
Of power forwards, he says all 30 teams want a good power forward and there aren’t that many around. Jones says that’s why someone like Jerami Grant can go from not being wanted as a starter by anybody four years ago, having to go to the Pistons to get his money, will now be worth $30 million a year this summer.

What Jones wants is a guy who can get his shot no matter the situation, no matter who’s defending them, no matter how high-leverage the situation is.

Jones even praised inefficient scorers, saying they can get a bad rep but that they’re often inefficient because they’re willing to take the toughest shots. He wants to add someone willing to take tough shots.

Maybe he's talking about a guy that can get his own shot.

ETA: I posted this before I saw 'Bazz's post.

This reminds me. Okogie drives me crazy sometimes with his constant fakes and unwillingness to shoot the damn ball! Just let it fly, dude. He was surprising me with his 3 point makes a couple weeks ago but lately he seems to have a fear of shooting the ball. He is pretty good at drawing fouls when he takes it to the hoop though.

Makes sense. I guess I haven’t framed it as shooting. When I hear shooting I think of JJ as a player. We’ve known what we need is a guy who scores, creates for himself. To that end I’m glad he affirms what went missing last postseason. But we don’t need another Cam Payne or Shamet. We need someone who walks into the gym and hangs 15-20.
