They are going to dig themselves into too big of a hole…I mean they’ll still probably make the play-in, but like usual they will have to face a top tier team in round 1 and will ultimately lose.
Very possible they might dig themselves into a fat hole with their record but I do think there won’t be that much difference between a 4th or 5th seed and a 10th seed record wise. Maybe 4-5 games less. If they keep above .500 then go on a win streak, they could close the gap real quick. We’ll see tho

It’s hard to read this clippers team tho. I see their talent, I see their coach, I think they definitely will figure out their shit and start looking like clear contender by the end of the season but…

Something seems off about them, it wouldn’t be that surprising if they end being just mediocre for the whole year and lose in the 1 round or play-in. I don’t that that will be the case but I could see it happening. That’s just my uninformed outsiders opinion tho.
The most likely scenario is that they will have injured stars by the playoffs.

He stayed in to shoot the free throws but just limped into the locker room.

I was just watching the Bucks when I realized that Eric Bledsoe is two seasons removed from the league. Screw that guy.

Is that the best camera angle available? Can’t see a thing because Anderson’s blocking the action.

He hurt himself on the landing which you can see, but there are better angles of the whole play…not sure where but I’ve seen them during the game

Right, it was on the landing. At best, it's a fairly severe hip contusion.

Those reporters should just be glad Kidd didn’t have any fries in front of him.

I think if Luka got drafted here and played for Kokoskov he won't be playing Harden ball at all.

This Giddey story is so weird. Why would they refuse to speak to the authorities? Did the girl do something bad? Are they just being protective of the girl and her privacy?

Probably because they have no interest in filing charges and could also likely have a little incentive from Giddey to keep quiet.

Maybe they didn't leak the story in the first place, and the girl actually likes Giddey and doesn't want harm to come to him. So they don't want to rat him out to the police, nor to throw gas on the fire and make the story bigger and worse than it already is.

But at the same time, if the info they had to share were exonerating, you'd think they might come forward with it? So it kind of smells like he did do something wrong with the girl but they (the girl and her family) don't want him to be punished for it?

I think there’s a good argument that Luka isn’t a top 5 player, but you’re crazy if you think he’s not top 12 or so
My issue with him is he's just go so much Harden in his game, no off the ball use, no defensive use, just hate that play style.
I don't follow eurobasket, but I highly doubt he played that way in Europe (can someone confirm?), and he still won mvp. Might be Dallas who wanted him to play that way. Or maybe the hype got in his head?

Maybe they're in love and want to wait until she's of age to continue the relationship.

Better angle:

How is this “not a basketball play”? Williams was trying to draw a charge by getting to his spot before Edwards took off and was just a split second too late. It’s not like he deliberately got under him when after he was already in the air.

Yeah, I agree. That's just basketball and it was a good attempt at drawing a charge. Of course blatantly hitting a guy in mid air should be a huge no no. These guys are such super athletes that they are very vulnerable in these extreme athletic situations.
