We played some of our best basketball in OT against the Nuggets. Somebody needs to start telling the team we're in OT rather than the 4th quarter.
If you tell them it’s OT, they stop playing after five minutes.
OK, wait until there's 5 minutes left in the game. Better than nothing.

After that, tell them it's double OT. Then 2 minutes of triple-OT, then oops j/k it's the end of regulation. Foolproof.

Still better than current 4th quarters!

He's really too good at this stuff, you see the hacks that do it for a living and wonder why he doesn't.

Haha

Trust "Split" to share some of David insights fore I come online. Was coming to talk about Beal dribble drives (again  :) ) lol

Thing is some of us and I'm sure Beal himself would tell you that he's missed a few bunnies after blowing by guys too. So his impact on games can still trend up 8-)

I've been saying for a while that I think we should be running "Point Beal" rather than "Point Book." I'd probably even prefer "Point Grayson" over Point Book. Just let Booker be an elite scorer and finisher; don't try to force him to run plays and be a PG which he isn't.

I think we've all been pointing out for a while the lack of offensive sets, the ISO offense we were all worried about, the lack of ball/player movement all season. There's been a lot more action the past games that's resulted in better looking offense. Not sure why David is looking some sort of prophet here.

It’s the tweet before that…when he says this back in October:

(Only early but I get the feeling a lot of PHX fans are going to struggle watching this szn. There's likely to be a lot of experimenting on both ends & varied results throughout. Going to be a challenge to work out what is real/what's not. Embracing that won't be for everyone.)

Maybe Point Beal is the answer. It's alarming how much our ball movement changes without Book at point.

You sir are correct. I've been thinking it for a while. Booker completely bogs down our offense and just pounds the ball. When he's "on" it's beautiful to watch him take over. But he essentially sinks the entire ship when he's off

I'm in favor of anything that stops Booker from waiting till 17 seconds on the shot clock to cross half court.

Book needs to play 16 of the final 18 to qualify for All-NBA
