I agree, INF. The minutes haven't really made sense. It's already clear that we are going to be a non-playoff team (sorry), so why not free the kids and let them play more?

This is what I've been blasting about all offseason. You can't play this many young guys and rotation players. For those thinking this is just Watson mismanaging minutes, when would you have given Bender or Ulis more burn, and who would have sat instead of him? I'm curious. Personally, I don't think there are minutes for the rookies until Knight is traded.

Fun facts:
Rookie contracts: 453 minutes
Non rookie contracts: 532 minutes

Tucker wouldn't play at all for me. Knight would be getting only 3rd guard minutes but Watson is having him be the first guy off the bench always (and of course he's starting since Booker is out with the toe.) Dudley would be getting 20 minutes a game.
Go Suns!

That's easy to say but I don't think the franchise would allow you to sit your 70 million dollar man.

Yeah, but they'd probably let you play him 25 minutes a game. If the fans love Ulis and he's playing well, there will be room for him to play.

I don't know if I'd yank Tucker entirely from the rotation either, but Bender should get an increasing role, and his minutes should mostly come from Tucker.

Do please share. Most of us don't get the Phoenix post game press conference.
Not sure where I found it I will link to it next time. I thought it may have been a video on the rise network thing.

Good point maybe trying to play him into shape?
Cardinals are thin in the offensive line, maybe the Suns can arrange an across the professional league deal. PJ looks like he's around 265.
LOL I agree he looks bigger then I ever remember over the years.

It's weird, he is fatter but his legs look way thinner to me.

It's a visual trick. His fat body is making his legs appear thinner.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Haha very true. Anyway his time on this team is running out. He should be headed to a contender as soon as possible. Btw, we need shooting badly.
