9 in a row at home. Had no idea. We've seemed so mid as of late.

I know that the boxscore had Nurk with 7 TOs, but when he had 6 he came back in and had an offensive foul and then got a defensive rebound and lost it, so my count had him at 8 TOs for the game. I really thought he was going for a triple double.

When the heck is Beal going to be healthy?

I think Beal will play one of the b2b games this weekend

Also looking at the play by play it just looks like they must not have credited him with whatever rebound you were seeing. So just an offensive rebound for Houston and not a defensive rebound plus turnover.

I'm sure that's probably what happened. It's helpful to these guy's individual stats, but he clearly had the rebound and lost it. It happened a few times last night. I wonder if any of them were charged with a TO. Idk about anyone else, but it was quite annoying to me that the Suns kept doing this.

Nice to get a win, but it wasn't very impressive. KD is in a bit of a slump, and it's not promising that we can barely beat these 11th-12th teams in the West.

Might seem crazy but KD still worries me when thinking about Playoffs

Role players swing a game or two but Stars win series by just being too good for whatever schemes the opponents using (when both teams basically know what each other running)

Just feels like there's a blueprint out on slowing down KD which shooting slump aside seems to work too much for my liking. We can say refs letting the other team be extra physical but what's the chances of these kinda games not happening in the playoffs ?

He just doesn't seem to handle it well including the hard double teams. Sounds ridiculous to say you get nervous when someone as great as KD has the ball in certain situations but.......

Ya, it’s gonna be up to Booker. We’ll lose if KD has to be our best player.

Ideally KD can just always play off Book or Beal, but we gotta get Beal healthy and keep him healthy.

I'd love to see some stats on our possessions where KD is the lead initiator, because the eye test has not been great.

Yea, still way too much iso ball going on for all of the weapons we have. There was a couple of sequences I caught where the ball was really moving and shows we know how to do it but why we don't is frustrating.

Yeah, he doesn't have the zip to get by guys like he used to, hes just a long slow trappable dribble who doesn't make great passes when pressured.

Nurkic: "I definitely was Shaq tonight."

Has he always been such a bad free throw shooter or was last night an outlier? He's never been great but without looking, I'd guess maybe about 70% this year.

67% this year and for his career

Nah, KD and his shooting ability can probably carry him til he's 40. He's just slower than he was.
