Meant to ask about Cam. Really sucked not seeing him with the team celebrating and felt like he was being forgotten about. He was huge in the Clips' series and such a big part of the core.

We need someone on the roster like that. Probably not Monty's style, but Baynes is worth a contract next season just for that kind play. He wouldn't have let that Beverley shit fly all series.

I'd like to think that Westy is watching from above.

Just finished reading BG's Uproxx article about Cam Johnson. What a series he had against the Clippers in particular! It is a real shame he couldn't participate in the close out game.
Obviously I'm stoked by his play but if I'm still nit-picking
Yes absolutely this, he still doesn't trust his athleticism enough when he gets in the paint. I really think once he gets that 1-2 off his left foot he could throw down but hey dude is doing well
Oh and when he does beat his man and makes one pass too many, especially the shovel pass in the key but he's just trying to play the unselfish way Monty preaches

I'd love to have Baynes back if he would take a reasonable contract. I missed his toughness and 3-point shooting this year.

His wife posted about the family's trip to one of the playoff games last week on Facebook. Nothing but good things to say about Monty and his visit to see Paul right before his death.
