Game Day: Kings (0-0) @ Suns (0-0), Wed 10/26/16

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (7:00 pm PT/10:00 pm ET)
Place: Talking Stick Resort Arena, Phoenix, AZ
TV: FSAZ, NBALP

It's the Phoenix Suns home opener! The Suns currently sit atop of the Pacific Division with the lowly Warriors at the bottom, dead last. :D The Kings are favored by three but I think we take this one. I don't know if you guys know this but the Suns were in the top 10 defensively in the preseason. Finally, our Suns are in action again!

Go Suns!!!

I think the Suns are favourites to take this one. It would be a bit of a gut punch to lose to the Kings at home to start the season.

Definitely a winnable game. Keep everyone healthy, and lets see what these kids have got.

So happy to be back in action (the team and my avatar)! I will have a ton of late nights now that I am in the Eastern time zone, but it is totally worth it. The 18 months I lived in Florida 8 years ago were way worse because we were good and played on TNT's late game so often, meaning the game didn't start until nearly midnight. I doubt that will happen much this year. ;)

Predictions:
Booker will try to make a statement tonight. He will play very aggressively.
Our starters will look better than they did at the beginning of last season.
Knight will have a bad shooting game.
Suns win.

I just really want to see TJ Warren have a strong year. I hope he kicks ass tonight.

He better have a strong year, being his 3rd season. Otherwise you can add 2014 as a complete strike out for our draft too. That would take us back at least 5 years of bad drafts. Hopefully these last two will turn it around for us.

Looking forward to going to my first Suns home game tonight. I'll try post some updates. Also worked out some goodies with my group through the Suns ticket office that should be cool.

I will be at work at 7 PST. I am hoping that free league pass will let me watch it when I get home on Roku. I am in Washington so should not be effected by any black out. I cant swing League pass this year business is slow. So I will have to the streaming thing when I can.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
