Just started watching. 25 minutes for Chriss 9 for Bender. Not sure if that is quality time or did you just mean he played well in his limited minutes?

Bender had a nice 6-7 minute stretch in the 2nd quarter. He played well, but mostly I was happy to see him get more than a 3 minute stretch.

Chriss cheated out of two blocks. The goaltend call on Aldridge looked like a block to me and the foul on Anderson looked like an awful lot of ball, not much contact.

Cool. I'll have to watch the replay to catch that. I just hate that Watson seems to be rewarding flashy play over consistent defense and making the right plays. Since I started watching I saw Bender guard a Gasol post up. He covered it pretty well. I just don't understand how the coach can watch him guard Pau in the post then switch on to a guard on a pick and roll and not think this guy needs more time.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record though.

I'm impressed with Chriss just having one foul this far into the game. Nice to see.

I like this lineup. Rookies in without Knight!

Haven't been able to watch but looks like they toyed with us then played real Spurs ball in the 4th and put us away?
Go Suns!

Sounds about right.

The Suns looked pretty good for just over three quarters..

ball movement looked better. Still times when we dick around the 3pt line, either just holding it or passing around with no purpose. Not enough inside out. In the 4th it looked like the spurs were just sitting around the key since we had 5 guys on the 3pt line at times, not really making them have to work. It seems like at times in 4th we try to simplify our offense to the extent that we aren't really attacking and it creates lulls. If we could fix that it would go a long way to helping us finish games. Our 4th quarters have been fairly bad lately.
Really missed Len tonight I felt, he could have been useful out there with chandler in foul trouble and the spurs carving us up inside

good to see Bender and Chriss getting more involved.

That gives the spurs too much credit, I felt we were legitimately playing well. Aldridge got it going late, we went cold, and in a few minutes, a 1 point suns lead became a 17 point spurs lead. Wish we would have kept it closer, but it was still a fun game to watch.

Yeah, I wouldn't say the Spurs toyed with us. We played them well for three quarters. Suns just got lazy and sloppy in the fourth quarter. Spurs are the model of consistency. Much to learn for these young Suns.

I think it was more about us not being able to keep up the level of play we had for 48 minutes. Give the Spurs credit, though, as they took a 1 point Suns lead to a 17 point Spurs lead in about 5 minutes.

Ball movement looked better at times tonight. It actually felt like we ran plays.

Chriss played well even though the box won't really reflect it.

Not expecting Beldsoe to have 30 every game but he was pedestrian tonight. We know what he is. Trade plz/thx.

Knight was so close to being out of the red but -2 won't cut it. 70 million this guy! Oh brother!

Bender 12 mins. Has a pretty solid 1st half but Tucker needs mins at every position so there's that.

Suns played pretty well (for their standards) for 3 quarters. Then the Spurs were like "oh yeah these guys suck" let's knock the bottom out of them. And then it was so.

The refs robbing Bender of his and-1 was a bit of a turning point.

Good call. You can't ward off a defender by grabbing his wrist.

True. That was ridiculous. Especially after all the murder SA was allowed to get away with.
