I hope they can get as motivated against Bambi as they did against the Fakers. I will be at the game.

Bledsoe has been on a tear recently.

And he has his new 4 year, $70M contract in hand. He missed the Jazz game two nights ago, so perhaps he will still be out?

Probably didn’t even travel to Phoenix with the team. He doesn’t want to be here.

A very Sunsy thing to do would be to randomly win several games here down the stretch of the season against good teams we have no business beating, leading some fans (and, more dangerously, the front office) to falsely conclude that the team is on the rise and on the right track, causing us to bungle a bunch of moves this offseason or overpay mediocre free agents on our roster.

Ayton needs to guard Giannis tonight.

I agree. He may get in foul trouble pretty quickly, but he doesn't have to worry about Giannis shooting many 3s, since he's not nearly the shooter that LeBron is.

I'd like to add to this that they should also start Bender to guard Lopez in this matchup, since Ayton guarding Lopez doesn't help with rim protection as Lopez likes to draw his man away from the hoop. Feels like the only decent option is to have Ayton guard Giannis.

Unlike the current version of Lebron, Giannis is relentless attacking the basket. Foul trouble is almost guaranteed.

Ayton's really good at not fouling, though.

Lol.

We already beat the Bucks once, I guarantee that it's not gonna happen again tonight.

Doesn’t matter. You can give him room and he’ll still blast right past you.

Agreed. In my experience, he is better off crowding him instead of playing off of him, as he will get a good running start and uses the Euro step very well.

Nobody else on the team could guard Giannis as well as Ayton so might as well try it.

Suns are shooting 0% from the free throw line and 0% from three point range.

Suns did a GREAT job of closing out the 2nd quarter. Ended on a 10-0 run.
