I think Warriors, Nuggets, Thunder, and Rockets win in the west. Bucks, Raptors, Sixers, and Pacers in the East.

I think Doc Rivers deserves some credit for getting the Clippers to the playoffs this season.

For sure! He’s a great coach...problems came when he tried to be the gm too. I thought that clippers team was a 30-35 win team...they vastly outplayed that and then traded their best player away. Again I thought they’d fall off, but they didn’t. 48 wins and a playoff spot is impressive. He’s a top 2 COY candidate to me. They might get swept by Warriors though.

I feel pretty "chalky" about this first round. The only upset I think will happen is Thunder over Blazers, assuming that Paul George is healthy. Other than that I think every home team will win. The Celtics are the other team that people may bet against, but I don't think I believe in the injured Pacers. I would love to see the Jazz upset the Rockets but I don't think it will happen; they don't have enough firepower.

Celtics have been a mess at times this year. They just lost Marcus Smart as well. Pacers are without oladipo, but I think that series could go either way.

Wow, Philly loses their first game to a surprisingly scrappy Brooklyn team. That was fun to see. Now Toronto is losing to Orlando in the first half.

I'm not at all surprised that Brooklyn beat Philly. Philly is a shallow squad of guys who haven't really figured out how to play as a team, while Brooklyn is the epitome of a team this season.

LOL, and now Orlando may be set to beat Toronto in their Game 1. What a first day so far.

76rs didn't know how to attack when BRY clogged the paint and let Embiid wide open. Brown should have started the offense with Embidd in the paint, but shooting is nonexistent if Reddick is not hitting (Scott was dreadful). Butler was showing to be the only guy who knew what he was doing. BRY is a TEAM indeed, and Russell got whatever he wanted.

Orlando taking game one is surprising.

Lowry just drowned TOR. Augustine and MCW BOTH owned him all night. Bad defense last play by Kawhi and Gasol; can't let wide open the most on fire player of the game. Pascal is awesome. Vucci's sheet looks terrible (and it is) but he made a key three. Kawhi was this close to take over, but he chose to pass for a Marc Gasol corner three. ORL is very intense on defense and they have athleticism to spare (Khem is a beast and his defensive metrics are pretty good). Danny Green has lost one step defensively but his shot is money (like Gerald Green, you always have the sensation that it is going to go in). Pascal is awesome I say again.

The Warriors have had a bit of a bumpy season. But they are ABSOLUTELY going to win the title again. The Bucks could make it interesting in the Finals, but it's going to be a 3-peat.

The Nuggets beat themselves tonight. They missed most of their threes yet kept jacking them up. Stupid.

They're a heavy favorite, but there's at least one major injury to a star player every year in the playoffs.

Rozier is bad, I mean really bad.

And Gambo tried to get the Suns to trade their pick unprotected for Rozier at the beginning of the year, on behalf of his good friend Ainge.
