Young is the real deal. They beat the Nuggets in Denver their last game. We cannot take this team lightly.

Go Suns!!!

Er, they beat the Nuggets, not the Blazers.

It's pretty easy to tell by the box score that the Nuggets didn't play a lick of defense in that game. That won't be the same from the Suns.

Of course we can't take them lightly because Trey Young could get 40 any night like he did in Denver, but he hasn't been the type of player to kill the Suns so far. We seem to have more trouble defending big guard/wings, and I don't see that kind of player on the Hawks roster. I trust the game plan and Rubio to keep Young under control (relatively). I think this is a game for Javon Carter to prove his worth as well.

This would be a disappointing loss if it were to occur.

Yea no way to let them steal a win after the way we've played the past 10 games. Young is a stud but I don't know who else they have that can kill us. Jabari can score so gotta keep an eye on him. Bembry can be an annoying, high energy guy, Reddish has been struggling, Hunter shouldn't be that much of a threat.

I've seen Young have trouble with taller, defensive guards so thinking Rubio could slow him down.

Need to control Trae...if we don’t let him go off for 40...or at least make him take 25-30 shots to get there, we should win. Need to attack Trae over and over when we have the ball. The hawks in general are bad defensively. Attack Trae and they have no real help at the rim.

I agree with Flagrant and ShelC. This is a team we match up against well. If we stick to the game plan and come out with energy, we win this handily.

My keys to the game:
* How will Oubre bounce back from his bad game?
* Can Saric and Kaminsky keep up the good shooting?
* Will Booker be more assertive?
* Will Cam continue to improve?

Let’s see if we can get Booker to help double team him. :P

Blowout win tonight. Ricky plays with a triple double. Booker makes 7 threes. Mikal has 5 steals. Let's go!

Ok, I predicted based on how each was going that Booker would have a pedestrian game against the Lakers and if the trend continues, he should have a nice game against the Hawks tonight.

Only the Grizz win keeps us from being “perfect” at that this season.
