A 3-1 week was just what the doctor ordered. The team still has a lot of work to do but they've done well to overcome injuries and Covid issues. This week could be tough with Paul, Payne, Crowder, and Saric all potentially out. It's not a great week for it with the Cavs, Bucks and 76ers all coming to town.

OMG. We SUCKED so bad for SO long. That felt like just par for course being 13-51.

All we need to do is have a 42 game losing streak and we'll be right back there.

That thought did cross my mind before I hit Submit. But...nah, I can't fall into that, haha.

Thanks for the thread, carey. Last week was a good week for us. Now we just need to get healthy. It sounds like Chris Paul is about to take his yearly scheduled mid-season injury break.

Bender speaks

Drafting two "work in progress" players at the same position was the height of stupidity.

Cam Johnson is everything I hoped Bender would become. But I do think the Suns did a piss poor job of surrounding those two guys would good teachers. I'm happy we have Mark Bryant here now to specifically work with Ayton.

Although their height wasn’t stupid.

I will probably get flamed for this but I wouldn’t mind bender as an end of the bench guy. Looking what saric and kaminsky, have been doing, it seems like a much better system for him to play and develop in. Not that it would ever happen.

Can’t be any worse than Jones.

I love me some Bender, but I looked up his stats recently and he isn't actually playing very well in the Croatian league if I recall.

Bender can talk player development and coaching staff while he was here all he wants, but he couldn't hit an open jumper to save his life. And he still went to the Bucks and GS and couldn't stick.
