We can't even come close to stopping Giannis.
It's actually not a bad strategy. Other teams build a wall. We're inviting Giannis to try to beat us himself. Reminds me of how the Spurs used to defend Amare during his heyday.

Get Cam back in the game. We need some juice. Something.
Cam had a very good game. Who was it here that already gave up on him? (bobster...cough ;))

Ayton’s defense on him was fantastic down the stretch. Early he let Giannis get a step on him and Giannis is way too long, he’ll score easy. Gotta back off, cut off his angles and either force him to body you(Ayton did great at that in the 4th) or take the mid range shot.

I’ll take it! Jrue bailed us out, Book wasn’t getting that shot off
The foul was on Tucker. He hit Booker's elbow.

Still looks like Jrue got him across the arm...haven’t see a great replay, but in the moment I thought it was on Jrue.

ESPN had a good angle of the still shot posted on here. Tucker definitely got him.

Giannis loves to drive and spin the opposite direction for a short fade away shot. Ayton has always been a good man-to-man positional defender, so he takes that move away from Giannis pretty easily.

I didn't think Booker got fouled. But, nevertheless, YSMF!!!

Bucks had 3 guys show up tonight (Giannis, Middleton, Holiday). We had 7. Our depth helped us a lot. Loved the big shot by Bridges in OT.
I actually watched the Bucks broadcast and they clearly showed that Tucker hit his elbow during the shot.

DA did really nicely against Giannis in the second half. I sold his defense short.

I have been really happy with Cam Johnson's play lately. His shot wasn't falling, so he attacked the basket more and hustled. Now he's finding his shot, AND he still has those driving moves. So he has way more options. He's growing and improving. Kind of an up and down season for him with COVID, but I think he's developed nicely overall. And he's finding his footing at a good time with the playoffs not so far away.

Either way, we finally got a break. But it was the right call. Booker got fouled.

He is my player of the game. He was huge with those threes.
