I’m a few minutes behind, but Frank and Dario are having a layup bricking competition.
Poetl is bludgeoning both in the low post.
Something that Suns management should address in the off season ...
HAVE TO address.
Last time they tried to address it, they used the #10 pick in the draft on Stix.
Guess they should give up then.

I'm enjoying seeing our bench guys get so much run.
I'm not a big proponent of resting guys, but I think there is a lot of value in getting guys who don't normally get to play a lot time in a game a few times during the season, especially if you have guys worth developing and/or legit veterans who could be legitimate rotation guys but who don't normally play.

I was thinking this during the Boston/NY game today. I think it was great to get Jabari Parker, Tremont Waters, and Romeo Langford real minutes in an NBA game against an opponent who was playing to win.
Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

I think this will be Carter's last start for a while.
Ha. I wish we had gotten a better quality performance from him. He filled the stat sheet though.

I still say Stix is more a 5 than a 4.
I agree, but with Ayton's defensive versatility, and Jalen's stretch potential, it may not matter.

May it be 4mins or 8mins of garbage time
We all know Jalen hasn't really shown anything, we were just happy to see the kid score a bucket in those instances smh
There are those who already wrote him off and those who go with the can't judge too much based on this season.

Even the G-League clips didn't seem like much tbh but I can work with today's showing. Poeltl has had an awesome season and we saw how Eubanks did us earlier in the season so I think he had a solid game

Thought he would be running on fumes in the 2nd half so good to see his two strong finishes above the rim came after playing the whole 3rd

Oh and off the ball D probably what he struggled the most today for me but his contesting of shots was solid and also his on ball D. Rudy ain't the same guy but he still gets buckets on ppl when he ready and Jalen was iso'd against him a bit, also switched out on Lonnie who's quick and kept him in front. Glad the kid got a run out with some positive moments, like EJ said making plays that the star guys jumping up will be a big deal in a fairly lost season for him

Carter has many fine attributes, but distribution is not one of them.
The ball has a tendency to stick when he gets it ...
I wish he was a smarter offensive player. And his full court ball-handling is atrocious.

:(

Besides my hope that Smith will be better in year two, I think there are a number of bargain bin FA options that can help: Harry Giles, Jordan Bell, Dewayne Dedmon, Willy Hernangomez...

Agree.

If there's a summer league, it might behoove him to play to get his timing and feel back.

Stix stinks! Just really wishing we got Halliburton, he was the perfect pick for the future pg. BTW I would rather have this getting to the playoffs all the time and screwing up the Lottery Pick, like back when Sarver first took over, than what we've had the last ten or so years.

Fixed!

Suns finish 27-11 against teams at .500 or better and 24-12 on the road (both best record in the league).
