No. I agree with that part. What I'm saying is that this is all about Kerr, Fisher, SVG, & Rivers.

Kidd's an egotistical wife beater. He banned a very respected coach in Lawerence Frank after begging him to join his staff then proceeded to barely make the playoffs on a team that should of been a top 4 in the laughable East.

Him making this play is laughable after 1 yr as a mediocre at best coach. I hated him ever since he left Phoenix and predicted his tenure in NJ would be a disaster. Seems like it ended even sooner then I realized.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

I thought his tenure in NJ was pretty good. Didn't he take that team to two finals appearances?

Hawks trade Lou Williams and Lucas Nogueira to Raptors for Salmons. I guess Atlanta is in cost cutting mode now as well.

Speculation says theyre looking to go blow their cap on Luol Deng.. A waste if you ask me.

Great for the Raps. They had to do something with that contract after the trade with the Grizzlies fell apart. Which was the Suns' fault. By the way, I read that McD called Masai and offered Ennis for Terrence Ross but was turned down.

As for Atlanta, well, if they are in win now mode this makes sense so they can pursue that type of FAs. If they make good use of the cap space I guess this trade is a win for everybody. Also, this probably puts to rest scenarios where Horford is moved for future/rebuilding pieces. Maybe Millsap too, although I'd believe he's attainable for the right price, apparently in win now chips.

Btw, Bebe Nogueira was the defensive player of the year in the ACB league and projects to be a role player in the mold of those terror of weak side shotblockers. As usual, comes with limited offensive skills, but this one runs the court insanely well and can finish.

That was my biggest issue with this whole thing. You don't go after a job when it is currently filled. Van Gundy, Kerr, Jackson, etc would never comment on air about a coaching job unless the position was vacant. I guess we've known since his Phoenix days that Kidd has no class, but he's going to feel the heat on this one.

I agree; this whole situation by Kidd seems to be classless and bush league.

So the Bucks got a new coach before firing their old one, which, hey, I guess they did today: http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nb ... /11766189/

Looks like kidd did the nets a big favour. From the article it seems they will get Hollins which would have made more sense from the get go

Whenever you can get assets and out from under a contract for a coach that doesn't want to be there and you don't want anymore either, that is a good day.

Keep a real close eye on what's going on with Kyle Lowry right now. This is going to impact what Dragic gets next Summer in a big way. Right now it looks like his deal is going to start at about $12Mil.

Cray Cray. I think we max Bledsoe, try and get Dragic at 10 but if not, hope to hell Archie is really to take over at the 2 spot next to Bleds.

Spears just reported a $14.5M starting salary for Lowry. Toronto is dumb. That guarantees someone will max Bledsoe. Good to see the owners learned a lot last lockout.
