Ayton was an absolute beast in this series. Crowder was a rugged veteran who didn't back down and made a bunch of huge 3s, especially later as the series went on. Payne was maybe the most fired up of any Sun and gave us huge minutes when Paul was hurting. And Chris Paul played through pain and led our team along with Booker. Lot of guys to be proud of from this series.

Also the headlines say crowder was taunting LeBron but honestly in that video I couldn’t see LeBron anywhere.
It was a reference to this commercial. The NBA should rescind that technical. I can understand the official making that choice in the moment, but Crowder wasn't even facing a Laker player when he did it.

Thank you for this. But now I’m even more curious. What’s the story with this video? Was it a commercial?

I was also proud of Cam Johnson last night particularly. He didn't shy away from the moment in his limited minutes and made a nice impact on the game. Even Frank had a positive impact. I love this team!

Is Jeff Bower receiving too little credit for our teams transformation?

He has been part of every decision that James Jones has made, or so it appears.
I wanted Monty as our coach since D'Antoni left town. Nice choice James Jones.

Are we sure Jeff Bower even exists?

On another note, Suns Twitter is bringing out all the receipts today with an extra dose of petty. It's glorious.

On the odd chance that everyone hasn't watched over highlights a bunch of times, happy viewing :) 8-)

Book it!

I've loved getting the top broadcasters for our playoff games. First Breen/Van Gundy/Jackson and then Harlan/Hill.

And that's why THT doesn't get more playing time, Lakers fans. He's a knuckle head.
Really? I haven't really noticed much knuckleheadedness from him.

About time you showed up, INF! Yeah, I’m just glad they didn’t play him more. He played well all season long against the Suns.

Craig hasn't been great tonight either. We gotta find someone to slow down LeBron.

Craig isn’t working.
Yeah, tough night for him. But he has Monty's confidence, and we didn't have a lot of options.

Chris Paul with the dagger.
Looked compromised again just about the whole night, but still came through with big plays to help repel the Lakers comeback attempt.

They're mad about Booker's dunk, but what's he supposed to do? Take a shot clock violation so LeBron can take another uncontested 3?
Come on. There is a difference between avoiding the shot clock violation and sending a message to the other team. If Booker had just laid it up, I doubt anyone would have been bothered. But he absolutely flushed that thing, highlight reel style.

But after the tomfoolery the Lakers pulled in Game 3, they don't have the right to complain.

Wow Book. Looks like he's taking a lot of frustration out right now against the defending champs. Good for him.
Eh, not something I would applaud. Book's game said everything that needed to be said. None of that was necessary at the end.

Gotta give props to Kaminsky. In just 6:49, he had 2 points, 3 boards, 4 dimes, and +14.
And 2 blocks!

But I thought Crowder had a really awesome game, too. Hit 6-9 3-pointers for 18 points, got 8 rebounds, 2 blocks, and generally played tough defense on Lebron all night. Got into Lebron's head and frustrated him. Matched his strength and will.
Yes, I think that was Crowder's best defensive game this series.
