Kendrick Nunn is a good player as well that they got. Will be interesting to see what the rotation looks like.

Westbrook/Monk/James/Melo/AD is I guess their top 5.

Nunn/Ellington/Bazemore/Ariza/Howard/Gasol on the bench…am I missing someone?

My guess would be Howard or Gasol starting at center with Melo coming off the bench.

Ya I think you’re right…but they may go to a different lineup to close games…at least in the playoffs

I can’t wait to see my second favorite team in action. The Suns are obviously my favorite team. My second favorite team is whatever team is playing the Lakers.

D'Antoni must not have been fond of that group in Brooklyn.

Hopefully we make him a serious offer. We certainly could use him but specially to keep hin away from the other contenders. Remind him that we gave Tyson a contract for him :D

I think it is more, he doesn't want to be an assistant coach full-time. Either head coach, or "consultant."

Good deal for Randle and the Knicks. I don't know that he would've gotten more next year.

So when will the Knicks trade Randle to the Pels for Zion? Do they have to get beat in the first round once or twice more?

If this were 2K, I'd set up a 3-team trade with NY, NO, and Sac.

NY: Zion and Hield
NO: Randle
Sac: Bag of stuff

Randle earned himself a big contract with his superb season for the Knicks. And the fans love him there. Good for him.

I still think the Knicks team has sort of peaked. I don't think a team with their core can be a contender, especially with other East teams like the Nets, Bucks, and 76ers in the way.

But I don't believe that it should be title-or-bust for every team. Being 4th or 5th best in the East and making it 1-2 rounds in the playoffs is still a noble pursuit. And you never know when the planets will align and you'll make an unlikely deep playoff run, like we just did.
