Not Thad Young but Aminu is a decent combo forward on the market now. Not saying we want/need him, but the Spurs are making these kinds of moves

I know I am a broken record on this, but I would prefer we use our last roster spot on someone that is bigger than 6-8. Maybe we think Stix is that guy for us, but I just don't have any faith based on what he has shown so far. I am hoping to be very wrong on that.

I think this Huerter deal could be a starting point for Cam.

And I'd put Shamet in the same kind of category as Allen in terms of role/skills, so the $10/mil per seems about right

I like Shamet's fit better than Allen, and you get him for longer.

Does Brogdan's deal make Mikal look expensive?

Is Brogdon better than Mikal? I think they’re pretty comparable. Brogdon can do a lot more with the ball, but Bridges is a more valuable defender. I can see where a team lacking creators would want Brogdon more, but I wouldn’t trade Bridges for Brogdon as a suns fan. Bridges makes more sense with the rest of our roster.

I don't think we can compare Brogdon and Mikal. Different roles, different skill sets. It's like Ayton trying to be put in the same group with Trae Young and Luka Doncic.

I agree that I want someone bigger, but I also quite liked what I saw of Stix in the pre season. He has a nose for the ball and is always in the fray when the ball careens off the rim. That’s kind of exactly what we want with a backup 4, someone that can space the floor and be a solid to good rebounder to help Ayton.

Yes. There is no way Philly would do that trade. And we would have to throw in Saric and Stix to make the numbers work (i think).

Ben Simmons is an asshole. I want nothing to do with him on the Suns, not that it's something to worry about.

Major league asshole.

Don’t know if you follow tennis but Aussie brats Bernard tomic and nick kyrgios are in the same vein.

And Simmons didn’t bother to play with the boomers this summer because he wanted to work on his shot apparently - bullsh*t, he was last seen cavorting round LA buying property ..

I don't think you ever have to worry about him on the Suns, while he's a Klutch client, a problem in the locker room and can't shoot. None of those things scream Sarver and James Jones.
