Payne and McGee are the two Suns that consistently put pressure on the rim.

Payne's got it going in the 3rd now, getting to the basket when he wants, nice steal on the defensive end, pull J from midrange and a 3 during this stretch. So dangerous when he's playing with confidence.

I just love the way JaVale McGee has played for us this year. He has been a great signing and the perfect backup center for us.

Spurs coming back; within 5. Refs giving them a few favors. Suns making some silly mistakes and having some careless turnovers.

Why Ayton doesn't try to dunk everything within 3 feet of the basket is completely beyond me.

Suns starters locked in and went on a 10-0 run. Bridges was scoreless until a transition basket and then a great turnaround in the lane off an offensive rebound. Suns back up 11 but Spurs not giving up.

This final stretch has been brutal for Ayton. He should be getting an automatic two points with how the Spurs were doubling the ball handler.

I guess that "players only meeting" lit a fire under the Spurs to fight until the end instead of pack it in with 2 minutes remaining.
