I'm telling you, 4/27 is a bargain. I actually want that contract (will worry later about the fits). But the Kings should match right away.

I think it's slightly more than he should be getting. It's the length of the deal. Also.. what is going back to Sacramento??
Go Suns!

That's actually a good deal for him...what's the S+T tho...I guess we could absorb the deal and give them a TE? Is that possible?

Wait. It better not be IT and Stauskas for Goran or else.

They're probably doing a S&T because they fear Sacramento could match a deal for $7 million a year.

A guy that just put 20ppg for 7m? Thats a wal mart price for him, how does Sac not pay 1m more per to keep him over Collison? Incredible.

Yes. We absolutely did.

The thing is that maybe we don't even know what we have won.

We frontloaded the deal to discourage the kings from matching. Apparently we really wanted him? 7.2 first year salary.

Something else has to be in the works. Leverage against Bledsoe if all the other teams use their capspace? Or maybe IThomas is an asset for the Wolves (backcourt partner with Rubio) in a deal for Love down the road?

I can't see us keeping Goran, Bledsoe, Thomas, Goodwin and Ennis.

He's not a starting PG in this league though. You're comfortable paying your 3rd/4th G $7m/yr? I'm really interested in seeing what move is next. You gotta think Goodwin is scratching his head. Ennis too.

We WIN???!?!

We have Archie, Ennis, Bledsoe, Dragic, Green.

We just wasted 7 million of our cap space on a 5'9 player who plays no defense but was a volume scorer on a shitty team.

And we WIN?!?

You guys are crazy.

Interesting...

SF - Tucker, Green, Warren
PF - Morris, Morris
C - Plumley, Len, Brown
SG - Bledsoe, Goodwin
PG - Dragic, Thomas, Ennis

Pretty thin at PF, and Ennis would seem to be the odd man out when it comes to playing time.
