KD moving just feels like an offseason thing. Interesting tidbit though I learned from the Timeline podcast is that because it’s the new year we access to our 2030 pick in trade discussions so that 5 1st and 3 swaps we can trade.

You do not trade that much draft capital for an old KD, you just don't.

They were mistaken on the 5, Bobby Marks says we can trade 2030, but you still can’t trade 2 years in a row so it’s either 23,25,27,29 or 24,26,28,30. Both still just 4 picks

Apparently Windhorst was on the Zach Lowe podcast talking about the deal being held up for some reason. Even made some outlandish claim that it might not be finalized by the deadline. I don't know about all that and he's prone to making wild statements, but it seems likely Dinwiddie and DFS won't be available for the Suns game tomorrow.

With Kyrie involved, nothing would surprise me

Feels like the deal is being held up and hasn't been finalized so far. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

Glad we didn't trade for that bum. Dude is a mental midget and a me first player. I wish him nothing but the worst. Look forward to him ruining the Mavs like he ruins every other team.

Not gonna believe that Kyrie is holding up a deal until there’s more concrete reporting but I really hope it’s true it’ll be fuckin hilarious if true.

Hopefully he forces his way to Phoenix instead of LA.

You mean starting January 1 we can trade 2030? Last year we couldn’t even do the 4 picks/3 swaps everyone was talking about, because the Nets didn’t have enough picks in the right years for us to swap with them.
