Some image sites have logic that makes it hard to link to their images. Their server checks the "referrer header" to see what site is trying to embed the image, and they block all but a few sites. That may have been the case with the image you tried to use. There's no real way to tell before trying to use the image. Whenever I copy an image URL from some web site to try to use it here, I basically put it into my post, preview it, and see if the image shows up or not in the preview.

I've also noticed that it depends on the device I'm using and linking gifs can take some tweeking.

New style for my record tracking, silly. Used to be “(big 3 games) - (non-big-3 games)” now it’s “(big 3 games)/(total games)”. But yeah, I’m with you on the frustration.

The Big 3 train is picking up steam. The best they can do (not likely) is move into the middle of the largest poll bracket of 63% (42-58) with 51 games together.

I think they’ll end up just under 40. Tomorrow’s game marks the midway point of the season for us and would put them at 10. I feel like 25-30 of the next 41 seems doable. Just really depends if one of them has another significant injury. If they don’t there’s no reason they can’t crank out 30 more games together. I do agree it’s unlikely they’ll hit the 42 group. That only gives 9 games of cushion. 29-41 seems like the winner to me.

Suggestion: If there is NOT going to be a new post after every game, maybe when you update the tracker, do it like this:

"Tracker: X / Y (last updated 1/24/2024 after Suns/Mavs game)"
