I wish they’d play “Mama Gonna Knock You Out” more often on the TNT broadcasts. I don’t know why they’re so chintzy with it. I felt like there was like a whole minute out of every 60 minutes that they weren’t playing it.

Haliburton hits some of the most ridiculous looking shots.

No one ever wants to lose an elimination game. It's the most basic concept that's applied even at the playground level yet some people looked for any reason to disregard it.

Point differential doesn’t matter anymore but Hield still put up a 3 at the buzzer to push the lead to 10

Did Buddy Hield break the code by making a 3-pointer at the buzzer?

Pelicans take down the Kings…so that’s our path…Lakers then Pelicans.

Pels already have a real size advantage over the Kings and now they're getting healthy at the right time for these knockout games.

Who guards Zion for us? Probably need to start KBD for that matchup

I'd be far more worried about Ingram.

Ingram was the better player tonight, but we have guys that can match up with him. We don’t really with Zion. If we can’t keep Zion from getting to the rim we won’t have a chance. Ingram is more versatile and can beat you with midrange shots like we saw in the playoffs, but we do have length to put on him(KD, KBD). We don’t have bulk to put on Zion.

I simply think it's easier to stop Zion than Ingram regardless of the match up. Zion isn't really a threat outside of the restricted area and he's far less efficient at the rim this season. Ingram is dangerous from anywhere.

He’s actually at his career high fg% at the rim…just not getting there as frequently. I hear what you’re saying, but Ingram also hasn’t been very efficient this year…mostly because his 3pt shot has been bad. He’s been very good from 2…way above his career numbers.
