I’ll be sorely disappointed if we don’t win this one. Having said that, look for Poole to make 8 three pointers. Unfortunately, Beal won’t be able to face his former team after rolling his ankle 5 minutes into his 2nd game back after 3 weeks out with back issues. One sliver of good news is that Eric Gordon should be returning to the court.

Gotta say, it's nice having a bit more size and defensive versatility out there rather than 3 guards 6'5" and under.

I'm hoping that they've come to peace about the Beal set back, and recognize that they have to work much harder to keep this season afloat until he comes back again. The air just got sucked out of the arena on Friday.

Trying to stay optimistic. Hopefully we get MRI results back regarding the severity of the ankle sprain tomorrow afternoon. The schedule upcoming has nearly a game every other day on average; Beal likely is out a minimum of 10 more games, likely more.

Starting to work our way back in it. But how does a team this stacked manage to play like they genuinely suck? And we seem to do it consistently in the 1st and 4th quarters, right when we need to be stable and steady.

I have a theory there have been some (justified) strong words behind the scenes in recent days. They look to be playing harder but look very tight so far - two botched fast breaks after steals for example. Could lead to something a bit better if we play harder but loosen up a bit.
