I don’t mind chipotle, but every day for 10 years? There’s not a food on earth I’d want to eat every day
Have you ever had papusas done right?

I’ve had papusas…not sure if done right. I like them but don’t seem to like them as much as everyone else. There’s a restaurant my wife and I go to a lot and she always gets the papusas and I order something else

It's kinda like if you stuff a taco in a pancake. It's great.

Apparently, I'll have to try one. Where would I find one? Do I have to go to an El Salvadoran restaurant?

I would have thought papusas were just pretty good, but when my family was in El Salvador over Thanksgiving, we went with a guide to a papusary in the center of San Salvador. The guide taught us how to eat them, and it was an explosion of flavors I'venever had before. Unreal.

I would like to have them in El Salvador sometime for sure. I’ve only had them in the US

When they are fresh and hot, you open them up and add the pickled veggies they give you, and then add the 2 different red sauces they have to it. Put the top back on and eat it however you prefer.

Yeah, and I just started true (clean) intermittent fasting this week and my eating window doesn't open up for 3 more hours. Not cool.

That is huge for the Knicks. Makes the East race more interesting. Boston, Philly, Milwaukee, and NYK all possible contenders.

I don't think that pushes the Knicks into contender status but it's a good move. Love Quickley for Toronto, fully expect him to flourish.
