This whole body language thing was news to me. Is this really an issue?Shabazz wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 1:11 pmThe broken nose has seemed to really throw him off these last few games.TOO wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 1:06 pmSure, but he's also never been 3rd fiddle, for a guy that's been a 30ppg scorer previously it's gotta be an adjustment. I'd be more worried about him if he were a full season into this and still having the same problems.ShelC wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 11:12 amYea I guess. Just feels like he hasn't really found his niche within the offense and really gone off for a stretch of games like I've been expecting.

No. Kendrick Perkins and ESPN are the issue.

100%. Perk is a joke. It was a big nothing. Just finding stupid stuff to criticize. How does anyone listen to what he says?

I mean...the video evidence looked convincing.

Pretty sure Beal’s “bad” body language is because he’s been struggling with his mask. Shooting like Josh Okogie since his face was smashed in.
Re: Game Day: Suns (27-20) @ Nets (19-27), Wed 1/31/24
You're being serious? It was two examples where all he did was stand at the 3-point line and then head back to defense when the shot went up. There was a lot of reading into it to come to a bad body language conclusion.
Like Wally says, most of the bad body language I see is from him responding to his poor shooting. He's frustrated by that.

That didn’t start until the mask. He’ll either get used to it or be like some who get sick of it and just take it off and risko.

Maybe that’s it. He’s just frustrated with the mask. That makes some sense.

Isn't that Rex's son? I remember watching him play at Chaparral High School.Superbone wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 7:00 pmWho the heck is Zeke Chapman?

Ah. I see the resemblance now. No wonder I’ve seen Rex hanging around so much lately.In2ition wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 10:38 pmIsn't that Rex's son? I remember watching him play at Chaparral High School.Superbone wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 7:00 pmWho the heck is Zeke Chapman?

He probably told his son not to work for the Suns until Sarver was gone

Also, IIRC, Chapman worked in the front office under both Colangelo and Sarver.
