Hopefully they remember that 3-point close-out drill from the other day. We "should" beat this Hawks team but with this year's Suns you never know.

What is our rank in 3pt defense. I suspect it’s pretty damn low.

The difference between the top defensive 3 point team and bottom team is 5% points. Meh.

Top team 36.6%
Suns 16th 37.6%

Doesn’t seem like a game changer.

But it doesn't match the eye test. You can't leave NBA players wide open behind the line. (Yeah, tell that to the Phoenix Suns.) The Bucks set the record against us for most wide open threes as well as most made threes in a half.

Did they really set the record for most wide open 3s or is that just your opinion? I actually saw a stat that Milwaukee had less 3s categorized as wide open than they normally get on average. Though they did have more categorized as open than they normally average. Not sure how reliable the tracking data is though.

Again I didn’t watch the game, but I’ve heard from enough people that we clearly weren’t very interested in trying during that game. Still, Milwaukee obviously had an outlier shooting game, regardless of how bad our defense was.

That part was my opinion but could very well be true. Mostly the first half. I've never seen anything like it.
