Suns complete their double date with the San Antonio Spurs Monday evening. The Suns beat them soundly on Saturday night. Let's see what wrinkles Pop has added for round two. Let's also see if the Suns can complete two ass whoopins in a row. For the Suns, everybody but Damion Lee is healthy.

It's nice to have basically our whole team healthy for this end of season stretch. There's the notion of "peaking at the right time" and we aren't really peaking, but some roles are more defined and our health is basically at its peak. I still don't think we are a contender, but I like some of the small changes I've seen over the past week or two. We should hopefully be able to hold off these Spurs for another much-needed W.

BTW, for those keeping score at home, our record is 42-29 and we currently sit at #6 in the West, 0.5 games up on the Kings+Mavs tied at 7-8, and 2 full games behind the Pelicans at #5. It'd be very nice to hold onto #6 and stay out of the dreaded play-in.

No Wemby tonight. Hopefully another easy win? Maybe some IT minutes?

No let down, please. Finish them!

I would love to see me some IT. I want to see what we have, if anything. Or are they saving him to be our secret weapon? LOL. Dreamers dream.

Those of you at home, put on your El Valle merchandise:

This is the last of the non-playoff teams we face.

The 2 minutes he played were enough for me. He has no burst at all.

If they want to keep him around to be a bench mascot, fine. I can't see him being an impact on the court at all.

He's right. Okogie and Roddy offer more important skills in the rotation than an old midget shooting guard.

Nurkic back to his early season rim finishing. Throwing prayers up there from 2 feet away. It would be funny if he played for another team.

Yeah a lot of these layup attempts are just brutal.

Rough whistle for the Suns on pretty much all of their defensive fouls.

Absolutely unacceptable. I don't understand the rush, he's big enough to create space with his body.

We really down 9 early to a Wemby less spurs team? Par for the course I guess…I’m sure we’ll win but just frustrating

Nurkic will power dunk one possession and then Globe Trotter layup the next. Com'on man.

Eubanks has been scored over 4 times since entering the game.
