Jones and Allen statements on the contract extension. Allen's done a nice job changing the narrative around him. I do kinda wish we'd see a bit more Raja/Jae-like chippiness from him. But maybe better to let sleeping dogs lie.

Honestly, Young might be a really good coach, but it was a mistake to have him and Vogel on staff together. We needed to pick one and go from there.

It's not entirely clear how much of the offensive issues could be put on Young.

What could he really do about KD's dumb passes or dribbling off of his own foot?

This could be a situation where the grass isn't necessarily greener with the next offensive coach.

Yeah I agree. I’m not overblaming anyone nor am I celebrating him lol.
RE: KD being put in shit situations to make such plays didn’t help. He was asked to do waay too much this year : defend, play 4, and create for others with the ball in his hands, on top of playing like KD. I didn’t blame Book for turning over against Dallas blitzing in the playoffs. It was a combo of lack of roster balance, lack of adjustments by Monty, and no show bench performances, and an aging cp3.
