I think he is still alive, but probably won't survive the season. I think he protects himself by having what's-his-name's body on top of him the entire time and the walkers keep eating that guy. Then something crazy happens that draws them away and you see Glen covered in blood and guts.
Plausible I guess. It sure did look like they were eating his guts while he watched in agony. A hundred walkers surrounding you trying to get a piece of you and somehow you are untouched? I don't know. Fans are outraged. He was in the first episode. "Hey you, dumb ass in the tank."

So a group is guiding the herd of walkers away from home three episodes ago. The horn goes off, they freak out and some of them head for home while others continue on with the mission. This last episode details some of them heading for home and none of them manage to reach home in that time frame and yet Morgan was with them guiding the herd too and manages to show up at home to protect everybody only a few minutes after the horn started. Does he have some sort of teleporting abilities that we don't know of?
I am pretty sure Glenn didn't die and but explaining why I think he isn't dead is a really big spoiler for the show and for the people who have not gotten to that part of the comic yet, so if you are okay with a major spoilers then click on the next spoiler tag.
DO NOT CLICK UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR SPOILERS FROM THE SHOW BEYOND LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE AND THE COMIC!
Rick and the gang will meet a pretty awesome character from the comic named Jesus and set pics show that will happen this season and look who is there as well.
So Glenn is most likely not dead and them zombies are eating up Nicholas who fell atop of Glenn.
You can read the comics in a weekend and get caught up. It is totally worth it, and different enough that it won't spoil anything, really. For example, Daryl isn't in it at all, Hershel wasn't a major character, Andrea is a huge one, etc.
