That show is HILARIOUS.

The pilot was iffy, but I gave it a couple more episodes, and honestly have enjoyed it more then most recent sitcoms. I love Shelly! the characters all bounce nicely off each other. Funny stuff.

Thinking of watching Hemlock Grove (Netflix original). Watched the first episode but had a hard time finding anything that I enjoyed. Does it get better after the first episode? Does anyone recommend Hemlock Grove over American Horror Story or should I start American Horror Story instead?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Ha! Shelly is awesome, and the rest of the supporting cast is great too. The australian gay dude is hilarious, and I like the freak too. The sister is smoking hot.

I tried to watch American Horror Story season 3 and I just couldn't watch it. It was awful. A bunch of witches and girl drama.

Looking forward to season 2 of True Detective. Wish the original guys were back but understand why they're doing what they're doing.

Finished up Longmire last night, love that show. Reminds me of living in Flag and Colorado.

It's just a one and done, isn't it?

You mean like American Horror Story did? Cool! I did not know that.

Apparently Colin Farrell, Taylor Kitsch and Elisabeth Moss will be the new main characters with Vince Vaughn playing the Villiain on season 2 True Detective. They have some very big shoes to fill.

There is a scene about two thirds of the way through the season that is one of the most amazing pieces of cinematography I have ever seen. Let me know if you notice it when you get done.

My girlfriend and I just finished True Detective. I really liked it. She didn't love it but grew to like it more as it went on. I didn't feel too satisfied with the ending, though. Won't go into detail so as to avoid spoilers.

The Grantland blog is promoting The Knick heavily but not really for me. Give me The Strain and The Wil Wheaton Project every week!

Without spoiling much, was it the escape from the hood scene after things go bad?

I think the WWP is just brutal. Watching unfunny people try to deliver jokes is hard to watch. I like Wil, but not for that type of program.
