Kinda crazy we’ve had 3 game tying 2-run home runs in the bottom of the 9th given up in our 8 World Series games played. Let’s not make it 4

Pham has had such a weird post season…. Doesn’t get consist hits but seems to come through at just the right time. His defense has also been shaky and glad lovullo is just leaving him to DH. I prefer pavin smiths consistency but can’t argue that Pham has had some of the best hits when we needed it.
seriously, if you told me in August the dbacks were World Series bound I would have called you crazy. We just need this same roll of the dice come suns post season. Would be amazing to have 2 championships in one year.

I'm kicking myself. When I was on my annual Vegas trip in April with my buddies, I didn't put a bet down for the DBacks to win the World Series. Would have paid a ton!

I saw some story about a guy that put a $5 bet on a Arizona-Texas WS matchup. It paid out $1000…he also put a $0.50 bet on Arizona to win. I bet he’s kicking himself he bet so little. The WS bet will pay like $200 if Arizona wins
