On Monday, U.S. District Judge Steven D. Grimberg allowed a lawsuit against D’Souza and True the Vote to move forward — a suit that might impose some penalty on the filmmaker for his false presentations.

Settlement reached by group of fake electors who tried to overturn the will of the people in Wisconsin in 2020. Part of Trump's scheme to stay in power after losing the 2020 election.

GOP rule #1- If you are indicted for a crime, always say that it is the prosecutors and the judge who are the corrupt and not you, the guy getting prosecuted for actual crimes. Repeat as many times as necessary.

I saw this. They boil the whole election down to one stat. The stock market.

The stock market has already chosen a winner in the 2024 presidential election
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/the-s ... n-bdbfec99
Based on the historical correlations and the Dow’s year-to-date price-only gain of 5.6%, Biden’s chances of winning re-election are 58.8%. Those odds will rise if the stock market gains more between now and Election Day, and fall if the market declines.

I've also seen people analyze this and say that the market believes that Biden has no chance of winning, and is adjusting towards what they believe that Trump is going to win. This is not my analysis, but this is what I heard from others. I will try to find a link.

Billionaire investor says a 'Trump rally' is powering markets to record highs
Scott Bessent is betting on a 'Trump rally' as long as the ex-president leads polls
He sent a briefing note to investors on Wednesday setting out his forecasts
And he said recent record gains were driven by Trump's market-friendly plans

Earlier this week, former President Donald Trump tried to take credit for booming stock markets.

And maybe he is right.

Billionaire investor Scott Bessent, a former Soros Fund Management chief, says rising markets are being fueled by polls that show the former president can beat Joe Biden in November's election.

'We believe that equity markets are in the midst of a "Trump Rally" that will last as long as he remains ahead of Biden in the polls,' he wrote Wednesday to investors in his Key Square Capital Management fund.

Trump is the clear frontrunner to claim the Republican nomination.

And a string of national polls suggests he leads Biden in their head-to-head matchups...

Sure. Things are going great! The markets are at record highs! And it's because ... people are excited, that ... Trump might win in November, so they're ... preemptively pumping up the stock market somehow! ... Trump did it! Praise Trump!!

I mean, what am I even saying? Of course, everyone loves Biden! He's the most popular and beloved President in the history of mankind. His job approval numbers are through the roof! He's definitely the cause of the stock market shooting through the roof. Let's Go, B! Let's Go, B!
