He isn't giving an opinion. He is posting what was reported by Elon Musk in a Twitter Space. It has Elon actually reporting this in the clip.
I understand you having to prioritize your finite time though, so I recognize your prerogative, but it took you longer to post that you put your fingers in your ears, closed your eyes and said, "nananananananananananananana I'm not listening nanananananananana!"

There is always the case of Hillary Clinton. However many witnesses and court cases get thrown out because the key witnesses has committed suicide? Even the White Water case, which was about to go to trial, the evidence was all at the FBI building in Oklahoma City, and destroyed in the bombing.
Did you somehow forget these facts? And they were cheered on and encouraged by the likes of the banal leaders such as Pelosi, Kamala Harris, the Squad, Schumer, & Waters. Antifa is their foot soldiers. Even set up funds for bail on these people, and friendly DAs and judges let them go.
The J6 people arrested, where many have been held for 18 months without bail, beaten, tortured and put in solitary confinement, for just talking selfies in the Capitol? Give me a break.
