Biden Withholds Annual Report on Deportations
ICE fails to produce annual report for first time in more than a decade

Joseph Simonson • January 5, 2022 5:00 am
https://freebeacon.com/biden-administra ... ant-crime/

The Biden administration has yet to release a report that details the number of illegal immigrants removed from the United States in 2021, keeping the public in the dark about its handling of the immigration crisis.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement did not release its annual report in 2021, a departure from standard agency practice since at least 2011. In each of the last nine years, ICE released the report in the final weeks of the calendar year, most recently on Dec. 23, 2020 during the Trump administration.

It is unclear whether ICE has completed the report, which provides a lengthy summary of the agency’s enforcement and removal operations, as well as immigration-related security threats. A spokeswoman for the immigration agency told the Washington Free Beacon a release date for the report has not been determined.

Illegal immigration doesn’t even make my top 10 list of problems facing America. Illegal immigration is just something Republicans complain about decade after decade. I don’t give a rats ass. To me it’s just one more tool Republicans use to fire up their constituents.

“Illegal immigration!”

“Taxes!”

“Socialism!”

Rinse repeat every election from here to eternity.

Trump added “Election Fraud!” to the list.

Illegal immigration is a problem only when Democrats are in power. Same with the deficit, inflation, and sundry other issues.

I seemed to remember that Clinton and Obama both thought it was a problem and addressed it in their State of the Union speeches, but happy for you guys.

There are lots of problems. Some say illegal immigration is a problem. Some don’t care. Some say gun violence is a problem. Some don’t care.

I have my list of problems I worry about.

#1. Democracy in America is on the brink of ending. We are divided and some say in danger of a Civil War. Our government no longer functions and one side has decided to just end Democracy. That’s a problem greater than illegal aliens sneaking into the country to find work or escape danger in their own countries imo.

#2 America keeping up with China economically/militarily is a concern for me. Are we teaching our children the jobs of the future to compete in this world? Are we building our infrastructure in ways to build a better America?

#3 Deficit/Taxes. They go hand in hand but we only spend. We refuse to pay it down because taxes are evil. Getting away with not paying taxes is considered patriotic. I think it’s the opposite of patriotic. What do I know?

I have to go to work and don’t have time for more…

Thanks Indy. It just seems like basic common sense to me.

When I met my wife she had a credit card problem. She had three maxed out cards and was only paying the minimum on them. The interest was piling up. I quickly convinced her that that was a very bad thing and she eventually was able to pay them off. I wish someone would talk America into paying down their credit card.

Reduced Public Investment.
Over the next 10 years, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that interest costs will total $5.4 trillion under current law. Currently, the United States spends over $900 million per day on interest payments.

$900 million dollars per day in interest the US pays.

Debt held by the public, which excludes any debt owed to other U.S. government agencies, is money the U.S. Treasury has borrowed from outside lenders through financial markets. The interest on this debt is paid to individuals, businesses, pension and mutual funds, state and local governments, and foreign entities.

As for the end of Democracy, I have no sound logic on that. People are going to do what people do and there is nothing I can do to stop the end of America if that’s where she wants to go. In all those movies I grew up watching there was always a hero that saved the day or led them out of danger. I see no hero’s in Washington on either side that are going to bring us all together. I just get to sit back and watch and wonder if I should be preparing somehow for the end of Democracy in America. What does that even look like? Do banks fold and we lose all our money? Should we be buying gold now or transferring our money to Swiss bank accounts?

If somehow we stave of civil war and the end of Democracy, what are we doing to position ourselves to compete globally? To tell the truth I don’t know what to think. I worry there is getting to be too many people on planet earth and not enough jobs. Then I hear unemployment is low. Covid hits and now people got used to working from home and don’t want to go back to work at an office. They are all going to work from home? We have too many illegal aliens stealing our jobs and yet we have a serious man shortage problem right now. Starbucks is closed early because they are shorthanded. Servers and cooks are in short supply. There is not enough truck drivers. Robots are quickly replacing people in plants, fast food, drivers, etc. A bunch of people quit their jobs recently. I am confused on this right now. More and more people, jobs replaced by computers and robots equals high unemployment and yet employers are begging people to work all over the country. It makes no sense to me. Covid changed things and people and we may have to rethink things as a country.

What are the jobs of the future? What is the future? We need to focus on being first.

#4 Healthcare. We pay twice as much as every other country on it, don’t even have Universal Healthcare and are ranked low. It’s embarrassing. We are WAY too dumb as a country to get a handle on this. Just mark it down as a failure, get used to it and move on.

That is because we allow companies to sit between care givers and care recipients and take a huge cut of it. It is stupid. Insurance companies are only there to take money out of the system and keep it in their pockets. It is literally a scam.

We don't believe in education or science or even studying problems anymore in this country. So we won't figure this out, will fall further behind, and be stuck in a country where so much "middle class" jobs are replaced by computers/machines/AI and only jobs lefts are the service workers and c-suite.

Seems like any hope of negotiating with Russia to stop them from fooling around with Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc. is dwindling.

Russia and the US aren’t exactly best friends. We have been at odds for a long time in varying degrees of animosity. From what I understand Russia really really doesn’t want the Ukraine to join NATO since NATO was formed to be an alliance against the Soviet Union. They would prefer to get the Ukraine back as part of Russia. There lies that conundrum.

Hillary conceded the election the very next day. Trump still hasn’t. They did prove Russia tried to help Trump. That has been established a long time ago by everyone including the FBI and all of our intelligence community. Hillary didn’t extort the Ukraine trying to get dirt on Trump. Hillary didn’t tell Democrat election officials to “find enough votes” to overturn the election. Hillary didn’t have her supporters storm the Capital to overturn the election. Hilarry didn’t try to neuter the Postal Service to stop mail in voting. Hillary didn’t claim the media, governors, state election officials, poll workers, all the courts, Venezuela, Italy, election machine manufacturers, postal service etc. all conspired to steal the election from her. Trump did. You guys keep comparing the two and it’s like comparing a paper cut to a heart transplant.

I’ve spent the past year + here talking about that posting dozens of articles. Getting tired of repeating myself. Telling your supporters that the election was rigged and stolen by pretty much everyone who isn’t a Trump supporter helped lead to the Jan 6 insurrection. Trump made it all up. He lied like he always does and that is freaking evil and that is him trying to end Democracy for his own personal gain. Not many people would be that evil and brazen but, nothing is too brazen and evil for Trump. He was banned from every single social media platform for his constant lying about everything. His supporters will believe every word except when it comes to vaccines.

I will make my list once more.

Extorting the Ukraine was the first salvo. He was busted and impeached. Yes, I know Republicans said he was innocent. That means nothing to me. The lead Republican defender/investigator Devin Nunes was secretly in the Ukraine during that time working on behalf of Trump trying to get dirt on Biden himself and was busted for it at the end of the trial. He now works for Trumps media company.

When Covid hit and we started wearing masks, social distancing and staying home Democrats came up with the idea of expanding mail in voting to prevent people from having to stand in long lines with other people and risk Covid. Mail in voting was already established in many states and Trump even always voted by mail. Trump came up with an idea to help him win. He decided to claim all mail in voting was all fraudulent and told his supporters to vote in person and not by mail. Then he picked a Trump yes man to run the Postal Service who promptly started destroying mail sorting machines, taking away mail in boxes and eliminated overtime for workers to slow down the mail even more. He was busted and had to stop neutering the Postal Service. That was a pretty good/evil plan that didn’t work.

The election happened and Trump lost. He immediately claimed fraud everywhere. He was ahead in Michigan and it was close but they were still counting votes. His supporters in Michigan came out in force and chanted “Stop counting votes!” He was behind in Arizona but it was close. His supporters came out in force and chanted “Count every vote!”

Trump files dozens of court filings everywhere claiming fraud everywhere. The courts told him he had zero evidence and those court filings went nowhere. Trump claimed the courts were all fraudulent.

Trump told his ultimate yes man Barr at the DOJ to investigate the fraud in the election. Barr came back and said there was none. Then Barr of course was in on the steal.

Trump claimed the FBI was in on the steal.

The Republican Governor’s in Georgia and Arizona told Trump that their elections were fair and honest. He then claimed they were in on the steal.

Trump claimed Italy pointed their satellites at the voting machines and changed them to Biden votes.

Trump claimed Venezuela was in on the steal.

Trump claimed Dominion, the makers of the voting machines were in on the steal. They are now suing.

Trump claimed the people counting the votes were in on the steal. They weren’t.

In AZ the Republican party hired Cyber Ninja’s, a pro Trump sort of company who claimed China was in on the steal and they could tell because all those ballots were made of Bamboo being from China and all. They also claimed they could detect fake ballots with a black light. They did their own audit of the ballots and the voting machines that was supposed to take a week or so. They counted for months and in the end their conclusion was that Biden actually was short changed in votes a little and found no bamboo.

Trump called any Republican connected to the election and pressured them to “find him enough votes”.

Republicans in five states sent fake elector documents claiming they were the real electors and that Trump won. They seem to be written using the same template, which is very interesting. Those documents are now part of the Jan 6 investigation.

Trumps team then hatched the plan to have Mike Pence just not certify the election and just claim Trump is President. Pence scoffed at that plan but, Trump persisted.

Trump planned a rally for the morning of the certification of Biden and proceeded to rile them up and tell them to go to the Capital. “Be wild”, “Trial by combat!”, “Fight like hell!”. Trump blamed Pence and his supporters chanted “Hang Mike Pence!” and built a gallows on the Capital grounds.

In the lead up to Jan 6 Trump tried to get local Republican election officials to just say Trump won and claim fraud. They refused. Some were Secretary of State’s who were in charge of elections. Republicans have spent the last year replacing those people with Trump loyalists who will claim Trump won next time. In places where Secretary of State’s were in charge, Republicans rewrote the laws to take away that power from them and give it to Republican lawmakers instead guaranteeing they get to decide who wins next time.

That is how they are doing it.

SMH is right. It's so one-sided that it's not even funny. Glad you're here to fight the fight, Nodack. I don't have the energy to keep up with the BS. They give you a one-liner and you give them a million facts. But it doesn't matter. Their minds are made up.
