We only save 700,000 waiving him as his contract is partially guaranteed. It would be dumb to waive him

Just waive Chandler, or do a buyout. He is not really a significant part of this team anymore anyway.

The question was whether there is an option to sign him to a 2-way deal, thus opening a roster spot.

What do we need the roster spot for? And I don't think we can. I remember hearing that Jones Jr wasn't eligible for a 2-way contract last year after we waived him

funny how this goes that many now saying it is necessary to keep him :twisted:
Reed had only a couple supporters on here and was deemed for the most part "another wasted pick"....
