Anything but the most glaring problem with this roster.
What’s likely to happen here?
No matter how much I just try to enjoy each game, I still feel like I’m holding my breath for a roster move for a real point guard. Everyone talks about effort this and that. It takes too much effort for these guys to win a ball game and it’s going to cost them in the locker room.
Should have drafted Bell when they had the opportunity instead of Reed.
Yeah, it wasn't like no one thought that the Suns should have drafted him either. I swear 90% of Suns twitter and phx-suns.net were begging the Suns to take Bell when he was available.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Suns targeted Jordan Bell this offseason.
As long as they attach Quinn Cook, sign me up.
Really?! He has developed as a good catch and shoot shooter, but he seems to possess little ability to run the point. He basically just dribbles the ball down the court and passes to Draymond or Klay and lets them make something happen while he just stands behind the 3-point line waiting to launch a 3.
Free Agency DeMar Derozan for the minimum!
PG: Jordan McLaughlin, Killian Hayes, Kris Dunn, Spencer Dinwiddie, Monte Morris
C: Mo Bamba, Andre Drummond, James Wiseman, Goga Bitadze, Jay Huff

I’m pretty sure McD didn’t draft Bell because he just took two PFs in the previous draft and it would’ve hurt their fragile egos to have a second rounder out play them both.
I think he’s the perfect type of player to put next to Ayton if he can continue to develop. I’m a bit concerned about his development as he’s just turned 24 and hasn’t improved that much in two seasons.
If he was signed, I don’t see him hindering Holmes at all. They play different positions and provide different skill sets.
I don’t think there’s a team out there waiting to sign Jordan Bell. His numbers aren’t great. I think he can probably be had for something around $3M/year. I’m more concerned that a team will throw a decent sized deal at Holmes and we’ll lose him.
Send me a PM if you're interested in joining the phx-suns.net fantasy basketball league.
I liked Bell during the draft, I’m pretty meh on him now. He doesn’t play all that much for GS and has lost minutes to guys like Looney, Jones, etc. Holmes is better and I think they do play the same position. Bell can’t shoot, I wouldn’t want to play many minutes with Ayton/bell or Holmes/bell. Let’s just keep Holmes.
I think our big play is going to be Tobias Harris. Clippers are going to be focusing on Kawhi. I think we’ll pounce on Harris with a godfather type offer.

Harris is 6’9 235 and was noticeably bigger than warren when we played them. He’s also back up to his rebound rate of his magic days now that he doesn’t play with rebound hogs Andre drummond or deandre Jordan.
Harris is a really good player. I think he’ll have quite a few offers.
Fun fact: We were so bad early on with some of our “vets” that every single player currently in our rotation, except 1, has a positive on-off court split for plus minus. The negatives:
Tyson Chandler, Trevor Ariza, Isaiah Canaan, Ryan Anderson, Jamal Crawford, George King, and Jawun Evans.

That is fun!
It sure wasn't fun living through it! So glad we jettisoned most of those whether off the team or out of the rotation. Crawford seems to be slowing down before our very eyes. If so, I hope we use him sparingly if at all. Nice having him on the bench though.
