That sounds right. The call really caught me off-guard, because I didn't expect to hear from them. I just sent an angry customer letter as a season ticket holder. I DID NOT include my phone number. And when I got a call from an unknown number on my drive home, I just answered it. Turns out he looked up my account, found my cell, and just called me out of the blue.

Fans are important. The Suns going nuclear on a fan site devoted to them is counter productive. They made their point and let it go.

Such a shame to think about what it could've been if the developers were allowed to dictate the release date. Hopefully the DLC will be good.
