Same. I don't even follow college basketball outside of the final 4 and what gets put right in front of my face. But it seemed clear it was a bad hire early on.

Sean Miller had some decent seasons and got us some decent players, but he seemed sketchy for a long time. I think it's right to let him go. I do worry that they'll probably overcompensate by hiring somebody unprepared, like a former player. Damon Stoudamire? Jason Terry?

I don't think Miller is more than an average recruiter. He was eating off of the foundation built by Lute Olson.

The program was hungry to win again after a few years of misery post Olson, and the athletic department budget reflected that.
