Just a 4:30AM Monday morning tip off for me. No big deal.

I usually get up at 5AM and those games rarely start on time anyway. I just hope it's finished before I leave for work around 8AM.

I wish that they would open up the attendance much more for the playoffs.

I like that LA and GS have vaccination sections that are open

Think that’s a great idea. I wonder if they check or just trust people when they say there were vaccinated. Not that anyone would ever be untruthful on purpose...

Phoenix has increased the capacity to 11,000 for the first round.

I'm sure other teams do this kinda stuff also but either way I'm gonna go with the "We're a tight knit bunch of good guys" narrative #specialgroup :) 8-)

We have video proof now!

Considering that many Americans are happy to lie about being vaccinated, I can see why they are being cautious.

Just a note on that Golden State loss.

I read somewhere last night that the Warriors had lost 14 of the previous 15 games that the crew who officiated last nights contest were the officials.

The Warriors really received no favors in the 2nd have. It appears that officials are able to determine the winner. It has happened in the past. I can't wait to see how our series is officiated against the KING. I have installed bullet proof glass on my 75" big screen in case I decide to throw a remote control at one of more of the officials.

I expect that the NBA wants a Western conference final between the Lakers and Clippers for revenue purposes. I hope we and some other team spoils their plans.

THAT - would make for a successful season.
I wanted Monty as our coach since D'Antoni left town. Nice choice James Jones.

There’s another angle of that Bryant dunk and Cam still
Has his wrist brace on. Sarver lied on the radio.

I didn't listen to the interview, but I thought he said he had the cast removed. A cast is not a brace, no?

Tbh when listening to him I thought Burns and Gambo might have misinterpreted him. I think he might have meant that he was getting it off to get it checked out.

Big Chris Paul article in the NYT

Paul has talked openly with his Suns teammates about winning a championship, Bridges said. He has not tried to hide his ambition or his high hopes, and his approach has affected the entire franchise. Why not the Suns? Why not now?

“That’s our mind-set,” Bridges said.

That is too bad. We really need him, and I was hoping he’d be shooting and scrimmaging to get back in shape now.

If you look at what he’s had on all along it has some kind of knob. I’ve never really seen that before. Not sure if it’s just a brace he’s wearing or a type of cast I’m not familiar with.

I noticed the knob too. A little red ball near the wrist/thumb? I looked it up quickly but couldn't find anything. Thought it might be an inflatable cast that they can adjust if needed or remove to give him treatment?

Sarver's exact words were: "I know Cam was gettin' his cast off today and gettin' checked by the doctor, and I hadn't heard anything..."
